This policy describes information handled by Uptiq, LLC through testfunnels.uptiq.net, our training and demonstration site. It applies to inquiries and messaging associated with this site.

When you use our chat widget or contact us, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, message content and consent choices. Please do not submit sensitive information. Fictional examples are preferred for demonstrations.

How we use information

We use inquiry details to answer questions, arrange requested demonstrations or training appointments, maintain communication history, record consent and honor opt-out requests. We may send informational SMS about these subjects only when you opt in. A phone number alone is not SMS consent.

Technical information and providers

Our website hosting and communication providers process technical information needed to operate their services, which may include IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, cookies or similar technologies, delivery records and security logs. Communication providers process submitted details to deliver messages and maintain the training account. We do not add advertising trackers to this site.

Sharing and SMS consent

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose information to service providers supporting hosting, customer service and message delivery, as needed to operate this program, or when legally required.

Training recordings

Controlled demonstrations may be recorded for instructional use. We obscure real email addresses and phone numbers in published training footage. Do not include private or sensitive information in demonstration messages.

Retention and security

Information is retained as needed for the inquiry, training program, communication records, consent and opt-out management, and applicable legal obligations. We use account access controls and other reasonable safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for assistance. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to records we need to retain for legal, security or opt-out purposes. You can contact us by email without opting into SMS.

Children and changes

This site is intended for adult business users. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us. We may update this policy by posting a revised effective date.
