Uptiq, LLC operates testfunnels.uptiq.net for CRM training inquiries, controlled demonstrations and related informational communications. These terms apply to this site and its training messaging program, not to a separate paid software agreement.

Training environment

Examples and sample businesses are used for instruction. This site does not offer plumbing dispatch, emergency response or other services represented by fictional training records. Do not rely on test records as real customer or business information.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate contact details that you are authorized to use. Use fictional examples during demonstrations, avoid sensitive information, and do not submit unlawful, abusive or unsolicited content or attempt unauthorized access.

Uptiq training informational SMS program

If you separately opt in through the chat widget, Uptiq, LLC may text you about your training inquiry, a demonstration you requested or training appointment reminders. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with your requests and participation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving help. Submitting a phone number without selecting SMS consent does not authorize text messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this SMS program. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. After opting out, you may opt in again through the site's consent process. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and service availability.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, use, providers and your choices. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for third-party marketing purposes.

Availability and instructional material

Training examples are provided for learning. Features and account permissions can differ, and demonstrations may change as Uptiq evolves. We may update or interrupt this training site. No purchases or payments are accepted on this site.
